Fête de la Musique 2016

I DON'T think there ever was a person who went to the annual Fête de la Musique who decided to just linger in one music stage from its first act to the last.
I mean who would do that if all of OPM's up and coming artists, and perhaps, rising legends are playing all over Makati? Would you really dare miss your favorite local artists play a live set? The answer is noeven if that means you'd have to run from one pocket stage (there were 21) to the next, or ride a cab from one end of the city to another.

But I mainly stayed in the Poblacion area, hopping from the A. Venue Main Stage to the nearby pocket stages at Century City Mall, Lokal Hostel and TIME.

At the far end of Chino Roces, Green Sun housed both the Indie and Rock Stages and it wasn't surprising that the place was swarmedmaking it look like a festival main stage. Eventually, at around 9 p.m., security stopped letting people inside the venue. Other festivalgoers just settled to hearing the live sets from the lobby.

For next year's Fête, I'm definitely taking note that you should be early in the Indie Stage if you wanna land a spot in the venue
